My Wife Vanitha is the Managing Trustee of the Educational Trust, Son studying 8th std and daughter is studying 6th std, My father is a retired health inspector, mother was a school teacher expired on Jan 3rd 2020, having 2 younger Brothers and 2 Elder Brothers

Currently I work as Associate Director – HR at Aziro Technologies and I hold a qualification in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Madras School of Social Work and have built my career around fostering people-centric workplaces and driving meaningful HR initiatives.

On the personal front, my wife, Bobby, works as an Assistant Manager – Business Analyst at EXL Services and is the driving force that keeps our family grounded and organised.

Arun is happily married with two lovely daughters and an alumna of NIT TRICHI. He is a supply chain IT professional with 2 decades of new product development, program and portfolio management. He is a bibliophile who is interested in geopolitics and science fiction, and an amateur story writer. He hopes to get published one day and his dream is to leave his mark on the world.
Bharathan Prahalad popularly known as BP is a Thought Leader and Change Agent with 25+ years of progressive experience in the field of Human Resources. He brings with him broad global work experience in transformation of culture and business organizations
BP is an alumnus of XLRI and the Madras School of Social Work (MSSW). He was a speaker at the European Digital HR Summit 2020 and spoke on the topic of Tech HR (AI and HR Analytics).
Here are a few of the various Certifications he possesses: He is a Certified Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry Lominger (U.S.A), a Certified Situational Leadership Coach from Ken Blanchard Institute (San Diego, USA), a Certified Change Management Expert from PROSCI (Professional Sciences Institute, Colorado)
He currently works as Vice President HR heading the Global HR function for Aziro Technologies.
BP is married to Sharmila and they are blessed with two sons Pranav and Maamallan plus a daughter, Lakshmi Prathyankra.
BP is a keen humanitarian and enjoys being in Rotary as it gives him a platform to uplift under-privileged lives across all sections of society while creating meaning, purpose and lasting impact.
Gopalakrishnan is an undergraduate in Chemistry and a MBA from Madras University.
He pursued a career in sales and marketing and then graduated to General Management. He was in different verticals having spent the last more than decade in IT Hardware and Engineering Software
He is married to Muthulakshmi who is a Home Maker and has two daughters Parvathy and Preethy Both are married and settled in Jakarta and US respectively
He joined rotary in 1996 and has held all positions at club level and several leadership positions in District Level.
He is passionate about service to underprivileged and making friends.
V.Keerthivarman is a Chennai-based entrepreneur and a proud alumnus of Padma Seshadri (schooling), Loyola College (undergrad), and Liverpool John Moores University, UK (MBA). After working for four years with telecom major Hutchison in the UK, he returned to Chennai and joined his family’s second-generation business, “Pavai Paper”.
